Flanges

Newrise specializes in manufacturing Slip-On flange, Weld-Neck flange and Lap-Joint Flange, high pressure, large diameter flanges, high yield, Threaded flange and Blind Flange and specialty flanges. Industrial Steel Flanges are manufactured using superior grade of steel like Carbon Steel Flanges A-105, Alloy Steel Flanges, Stainless Steel Flanges 201/202, 304/304L, 310S, 316/316L, 317L, 321/321H, 347/347H, 904L. These Flanges are most durable and manufactures to fit in different size of Pipes & used as connectors in piping systems to connect pipes to pipes, tees, reducers, elbows, valves and other piping equipments. The majority of our flanges are manufactured from forged steel with a limited amount machined from bar stock. The forged construction provides higher strength and durability to provide long lasting performance in the application.
Flanges are widely used in pipe network for removable connections to various pipe components like valves, special items as well for connection to equipments.
Flanges are used in pairs. The flanges have holes and bolts, which made the two flanges close with gasket. Flange thickness of different pressure is different, they are different bolts. Flanges include threaded flange(TH), welding neck flange(WN), slip on flange(SO), blind flange(BL), lap joint flange(LJF), socket welding flange(SW), reducing flange, flat flange, square flange etc.
Pumps and valves, when connected to the pipe, the parts of these equipment are also made into the corresponding flange shape, also known as the flange connection.
Reliable quality: smooth surface without protrusion; With long service time, corrosion resistant; a variety of style available;

  • Threaded Flange(Screwed Flange)
    Threaded Flange(Screwed Flange)

Threaded flanges are used for small bore threaded pipe.
They are also used at locations where the welding is not allowed.
Threaded flanges are used in temperature range of 25 Degree Celsius to 450 Degree Celsius.

  • Welding Neck Flange
    Welding Neck Flange

Welding Neck Flanges are butt welded to the pipe.
As Radiography is required for all welds in critical services, welding neck flanges are majorly used in such locations.

  • Slip on Flange
    Slip on Flange

Slip on flanges are generally forged with a hub.
When they are made from plates they do not have hub.
Slip on flanges are more economic than weld neck flanges.

  • Blind Flange(Blank Flange)
    Blind Flange(Blank Flange)

Blind Flanges are used to close the end of the pipe and are screwed on to the other flange. In few locations, blind flanges are procured with tapped holes for instruments or drain connection.

  • Lap Joint Flange
    Lap Joint Flange

Lap Joint flanges are used along with stub end which is butt welded to pipe.
It is used where pipe is of higher grade or exotic material.
Loose flange is mostly carbon steel.

  • Socket Welding Flange
    Socket Welding Flange

Socket weld flanges are used in socket welding small bore piping
They are welded only on outside of the pipe.
There is small pocket after pipe to accommodate thermal expansion of pipe, which stagnates fluid and can corrosion if fluid is highly corrosive.

  • Reducing Flange
    Reducing Flange

Reducing flanges are used to connect the pipes of different diameter without the use of a reducer. The dimensions and thickness of the reducing flange should be of the larger diameter pipe but the inside diameter is to suit the smaller diameter pipe.

  • Flat Flange(Plate Flange)
    Flat Flange(Plate Flange)

The Flat flanges has a gasket surface in the same plane as the bolting circle face.
Flat face flanges are used when the counter-flanges are flat face.
This condition occurs mainly on connection to Cast Iron equipment, valves, and specialties.

  • Square Flange
    Square Flange

Square Flange made in accordance to different standard is a connecting piece that links nominal bore size pipes together and has a working pressure of up to 210kgf/cm2. This is equivalent to 210 Bar, or 21MPa. Square Flanges are usually used in high-pressure systems such as hydraulic and steam lines for up to 3,000 PSI working pressure.
